Gravity: Analog LM35 Temperature Sensor

SKU: DFR0023

The DFRobot LM35 Linear Temperature Sensor, based on the semiconductor LM35 by National Semiconductor Corporation, detects ambient temperature. It has a 0-150℃ range, 10mV/℃ sensitivity, and output voltage proportional to temperature. Compatible with Arduino boards, it enables quick plug-and-play and reliable data.

    • can i install the sensor 10-40m away from arduino ?
so i want to install 4 sensor

first one will be 10m away second 20m third last one 40m can it be done ? or what is the best thing to use ?

      Hi,
This sensor is analog output, the analog signal cannot be transmitted so far, 4-20ma signal output can't get a stable value with such long distance.

    • I ran the example 1 sketch and the data is extremely noisy. The temperature jumps between 15C to 31C while just sitting at room temperature. I checked the VCC and it is stable.

How did you connection? What is your power supply? Is that stable 5V?
