Gravity: Digital Infrared Motion Sensor For Arduino

SKU: SEN0018

This is a simple to use motion sensor. Power it up and wait 1-2 seconds for the sensor to get a snapshot of the still room. If anything moves after that period, the 'alarm' pin will go low.

    FAQ

    • can it work with raspberry pi 3?

I would like to use two of them in which output of both of them are connected to one node. Do I have to use diodes in their output to protect them or is it safe without diode? My concern is that if the first one has high output, and the second one high low output, then there would be reverse voltage on second one, since both their outputs are connected to one node. Then, is their output protected on its board, or do I have to use diodes to protect it?
