SRF05 Ultrasonic Distance Sensor (1~400cm)

The SRF05, an evolutionary step from the SRF04, is fully compatible, with range increased from 3m to 4m. A new mode (tying the mode pin to ground) allows using a single pin for trigger and echo, saving controller pins. When mode pin is unconnected, it uses separate pins like the SRF04. It includes a small pre-echo delay for slower controllers (Basic Stamp, Picaxe) to execute pulse commands.
