This 200KHz high-frequency ultrasonic ranging sensor (URM14) has IP65 protection. It uses RS485 with Modbus-RTU (reliable, configurable address/params) and flexible temperature compensation (built-in/external). Its high-frequency transducer offers 100mm~1500mm range (flat wall), 1mm accuracy (±0.1% error). Better than 40KHz sensors, it’s ideal for high-precision/fast-response apps, with noise evaluation for adaptive ranging.
