Example Code for Arduino-Blink
Last revision 2026/01/13
This article explains how to set up and execute the Arduino Blink example using the Firebeetle 2 M0 board, including code and expected outcomes.
Hardware Preparation
- Firebeetle 2 M0 Development Board(SKU: DFR0652) ×1
- USB Cable ×1
Software Preparation
- Download Arduino IDE: Click to download Arduino IDE
- Install FireBeetle 2 M0 board URL: https://downloadcd.dfrobot.com.cn/boards/package_DFRobot_index.json
Other Preparation Work
The default LED for FireBeetle M0 board is 13. Open the blink example in Arduino.Open the blink example in Arduino IDE.
Sample Code
Cycle blink the onboard LED with 1s interval.
// the setup function runs once when you press reset or power the board
void setup() {
// initialize digital pin LED_BUILTIN as an output.
pinMode(LED_BUILTIN, OUTPUT);
}
// the loop function runs over and over again forever
void loop() {
digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, HIGH); // turn the LED on (HIGH is the voltage level)
delay(1000); // wait for a second
digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, LOW); // turn the LED off by making the voltage LOW
delay(1000); // wait for a second
}
Result
The digital pin LED_BUILTIN (pin 13) turns on for 1 second and off for 1 second repeatedly.
