This guide offers detailed instructions on assembling the aluminum case for LattePanda Sigma, covering preparation, loosening and removing panels, mounting the board, and final installation to ensure a secure and optimal setup.
Preparation Before Installation
- Open the packaging and take out the metal case
- Prepare 1Pcs M3 Phillips screwdriver
- Prepare 1Pcs LattePanda Sigma
Installation process

Use an M3 Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws securing the bottom of the LattePanda Sigma 2 enclosure. Remove the accessory kit, then remove the screws securing the standoffs inside the enclosure.（图片待更新）

Remove the screws and detach the side panels from both sides of the LattePanda Sigma 2 enclosure.（图片待更新）

Place the LattePanda Sigma 2 with the installed accessories into the enclosure, with the fan facing downward, then tighten the mounting screws in sequence.（图片待更新）

Remove the LattePanda Sigma 2 power button cap from the accessory kit, then install the button cap base through the power button opening from the inside of the side panel.（图片待更新）

Install and secure the left and right side panels in sequence, then install and secure the bottom panel.

If your project does not require an external antenna, use the port plugs included in the accessory kit to cover the antenna openings shown in the figure below.（图片待更新）
When securing the screws, do not fully tighten them at once. First, pre-tighten each screw to approximately 80%. Once all screws are in place, tighten them fully in sequence.
