Restore Factory Settings
This guide explains how to restore factory settings on your gateway by holding the RST button for 10 seconds, providing a simple solution for troubleshooting or resetting the device.
Press and hold the RST button on the back of the gateway for 10 seconds without releasing it. After the gateway starts up, the factory settings will be restored. As shown in the figure:
