1. Introdution
This is a 15.6-inch IPS capacitive touch display with a resolution of 1920×1080 that supports full-function Type-C or HDMI signal input. It is compatible with single-board computers such as LattePanda Sigma, LattePanda 3 Delta, LattePanda Alpha, LattePanda Delta, Raspberry PI 4B and Jetson Nano, as well as various types of desktop computers, laptops, mini PCs, industrial computers and tablets.
The Full-function Type-C display interface is a multi-functional interface standard, through a Type-C data cable can achieve a variety of functions, including audio transmission, video transmission, charging and touch functions. In addition, the fully functional Type-C interface also supports reverse PD power to providing power for connected devices. This interface enables the integration of multiple functions through a single Type-C connection, thus simplifying the connection and providing a more convenient user experience, with flexibility and versatility.
Drawn from these merits, the display is adorned with a pair of identical all-encompassing Type-C interfaces, meticulously engineered to accommodate blind insertion, obviating the need for a deliberate demarcation between data conduit and power supply port. Simultaneously, the product retains the conventional and widely embraced HDMI display interface, thereby ensconcing compatibility with a broader spectrum of HDMI output devices.
In addition, with the 15.6-inch large screen display and ten-point touch function, the product is very suitable for human-computer interaction scenarios. Its 1920×1080 high-definition resolution, IPS full view, full fit process and surface anti-glare treatment and other high-quality parameters, make it more scene applicability.

6.3 Connecting the motherboard
6.3.1 Type-C Audio-Video Input
Example: LattePanda 3 Delta
The Type-C interface of Delta 3 supports audio-video, touch signal, and power signal input. Here, a versatile Type-C data cable is required to establish the connection between Delta 3 and the screen. The reverse power supply for Delta 3 is facilitated by the display driver board.
The connection is as depicted in the diagram.
Note: The two Type-C interfaces on the display driver board have identical functionalities, eliminating the need to distinguish between data and power ports, allowing for blind insertion.
6.3.2 HDMI Audio-Video Input
Example 1: Raspberry Pi 4B
Utilize the provided HDMI A to D conversion module for HDMI connectivity. Subsequently, employ a USB data cable to establish a connection from the Raspberry Pi's USB port to the USB-C CN2 interface on the display driver board, enabling touch functionality. Refer to the illustration below.
Note: The USB port output current of the Raspberry Pi is insufficient to power the screen's activation. Hence, a separate power supply is necessary for the display driver board.
Example 2: LattePanda 3 Delta
Utilize the provided HDMI A to A conversion module for HDMI connectivity. Subsequently, employ a USB data cable to establish a connection from the 3 Delta's USB port to the USB-C CN2 interface on the display driver board, enabling touch functionality. Refer to the illustration below.
Note: The USB port output current of Delta 3 is capable of powering the screen's activation, eliminating the need for a separate power supply for the display driver board.
